To ensure the system remains solvent without requiring credit checks, borrowers must provide more collateral than they withdraw—such as providing $10,000 in ETH to borrow $7,500 in stablecoins at a 75% Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio. 

This over-collateralization protects the protocol from price volatility while allowing the borrower to access immediate liquidity without selling their assets, ensuring they keep their market position and benefit from any future price increases. Furthermore, the project’s roadmap includes a buy-and-distribute mechanism where a portion of protocol fees is used to purchase MUTM tokens from the open market and redistribute them as dividends to those staking their mtTokens in the Safety Module.
